- When you have a concern that does not need to be addressed immediately, you may speak to the person delivering your equipment at the next visit.
- If you do not want to wait to speak to the delivery person, or if the issue you have involves our employee, call your service location to speak with the manager.
- If you wish to contact us in writing, you may do so by sending a letter to your service location; address attention manager, provide details of your issue, and contact information on where you can be reached.
